About NutriCards Kosher

33% of the children in the United States choose their foods themselves or are an active part of the food selection process. Children naturally choose foods that they find “delicious.”  Most of the “child delicious” manufactured foods include generous amounts of sugar that prolongs the product’s the shelf-life and fat that improves food palatability by increasing the sensory satisfaction provided by foods. NutriCards Kosher  is a set of cards for 103 nutritious foods, grouped by food type. Each food has been carefully chosen based on its nutritional value. Additionally, all included foods are kosher. Children assemble meals by using a simple set of rules included on the first card of the set.  Children are more willing to eat meals that they have designed.  Meals planned using NutriCards Kosher are also good for the whole family. NutriCards Kosher is an excellent tool for developing good eating habits. Eating habits learned during the childhood become life-lasting habits.

NutriCards Kosher

For choosing a balanced kosher meal, 1. Choose a card from each number group (1 to 5) and arrange them in a consecutive order. Each number represents a food group. 2. Assemble smiley faces when you place one card next to each other. 3. Enjoy your kosher meal. If choosing a vegetarian meal, prefer the combination that creates twins joining hands. That creates a complete protein.
